Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Operations in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. You will serve as a dependable point of contact for tenants, visitors, and on-site teams while helping maintain an orderly environment through clear communication and professional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize calls for service, and coordinate responses by on-site personnel to routine requests, incidents, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, key and access-related records, and shift activity documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
