Club ManagerAnytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Club Managers are responsible for managing day to day tasks, welcoming guests and members to the gym, selling memberships and training services, and leading staff to work as a cohesive unit. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, leadership skills, ability to collaborate and communicate, and ability to influence others in a positive way.Important: If you are uncomfortable with sales or calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club, this is not the position or industry for you.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Membership SalesPersonal TrainingClub Promotional MarketingCommunity InvolvementNetworking / Employee WellnessTeam BuildingMember ExperienceOperationsStaffed hours are subject to change based on season and scheduled events. Competitive base salary ranging from $35,000 - $50,000 based on experience, with the opportunity to earn monthly sales bonuses.
