We are looking for passionate professionals ready to deliver high-quality finishes and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities May Include: Prepare surfaces for painting ensuring a smooth finish. Install, repair, and finish drywall, including taping and mudding. Ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall finishing. Proficient in various drywall taping methods. Hand taping and tapping with tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the industry. Residential interior taping experience. Drywall finishing and taping, including sanding, mudding, and texture application Dependability and attention to detail. Own reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license is a must. Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. Courteous and Respectful to clients, their property, and our team. A positive attitude and a team-first mindset. Basic hand tools.
