Hybrid position - Associate will be going into the Miami Office at least 4 days a week. Responsibilities Daily reconciles banking activity and prepares entries for accounting. Runs daily loan funding and uploads to the various warehouse banks. Obtains investors' purchase advises and identify investors' funds received for processing. Verifies appropriate approval on check stops, voids and re-issuances. Enters check stops and voids and verifies before accounts payable re-issues checks. Identifies return wires and processes loans cancellations. Monitors loans aging in warehouse banks and repurchases loans as needed. Generates bank reports for report preparation.
