- Provides leadership and direction for all maintenance and service operations across the assigned region, driving consistency in service standards, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
- Manages and develops maintenance teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversees preventative maintenance programs and ensures timely repair and service of vending, micro market, and related equipment to maximize uptime and meet customer expectations.
- Monitors and controls maintenance expenses, parts inventory, and fleet/equipment costs, and maintains oversight of tools and company assets to ensure proper use and condition.
- Establishes and enforces safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance across all locations.
- Analyzes service metrics to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime, and partners with operations and sales leadership to support new business installations and growth initiatives.
- Associates degree and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
- Must be able to travel frequently with frequent overnight stays.
- EPA HVAC certification, CMRT certification, CMRP certification, and/or electrical technician certification preferred.
