As Treasury Services Associate, you carry the responsibility of engaging with our clients and provide insight, knowledge, and excitement about our Treasury products. Highly involved in our client onboarding, the Treasury Services Associate facilitates and manages new product implementations to provide what our clients need mostResponsibilitiesOnboard all Treasury products and services for new and existing Treasury clientsProject management oversight to drive accuracy and timeliness of onboarding processCollaborate with Treasury Sales to identify a prospect’s need for new Treasury service set-upReview Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper executionAct as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services and systemsCommunicate directly with clients or their designees regarding testing and any format changes needed, including ACH files (CSV and NACHA formats), Positive Pay issue files and data transmissions, etc.High-Level of verbal and written etiquette to be able to communicate with clients via phone and emailProvide high level of client support to clients via phone and emailProvide client assistance for various Treasury products as neededCoordinate smooth transition of new clients to Treasury Support EducationAct as a liaison with various internal departments to facilitate implementation of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, etc.Mentor other Implementation Specialists, including training of new associatesOther duties as assignedThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
