Inventory Control Clerk

This role is part of our Hypersonics and Strategic Missile Defense business, which designs, develops, and delivers highly dependable missile systems for hypersonic and strategic missile defense missions. We provide integrated, mission-ready hardware that brings together multiple technologies into unified systems engineered to perform in demanding operational environments. Our tip-to-tail capabilities include payload protection and deployment systems, propulsion systems, aerodynamic interstage systems, separation systems, missile subsystems, shroud systems, launch systems, and payload integration solutions.

As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will support daily material movement, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization to ensure reliable supply for production and program needs. You will manage incoming and outgoing materials, maintain transaction records, and support audits that keep inventory levels precise and operations running smoothly.

2nd shift, MondayFriday, 12:00 p.m.8:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and distributes materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintains accurate records of all received and distributed items.
• Inspects deliveries for discrepancies and resolves issues with suppliers.
• Verifies accuracy of orders by comparing requisitions, invoices, and shipping notices to materials received or issued.
• Completes regular inventory counts and assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Prepares requests for procurement of materials.
• Marks identifying information on materials when needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Operates a forklift truck when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of materials and hardware handling.
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Ability to complete basic math calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word.
• Experience with Epicor or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
• Experience operating a forklift and ability to be certified as a Karman driver.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• The essential functions of this position must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
