Member Experience & Engagement Specialist
YMCA of NorthWest North Carolina
YMCA of NorthWest North Carolina is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Representative to welcome members, assist with tours, and handle membership duties. This role partners with wellness staff to create a positive onboarding for new members and maintain excellent customer service. You will process ID cards, guest passes, registrations, and respond to inquiries while upholding YMCA values and safety procedures.
