Savant Senior Living in Downey, CA, is seeking an HR Partner to act as the human resources business partner for an assigned portfolio of communities. You will own employee relations, performance management, leave administration, workers’ compensation, engagement, retention, and licensing compliance — including Guardian clearance management and LIC and personnel file audits — for the communities served, acting as the primary day‑to‑day HR contact for community leadership, managers, and employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr Savant Senior Living
