Staff Level Full Stack Engineer (React / Python) We are looking for a spectacular engineer who lives and breathes Python and React. We have a strong preference for people who have proven experience working in small startups and on hard things. Half our team have founded companies before. Responsibilities Take technical leadership roles in areas such as ML and permissioning, and adapt to priorities as they arise. Maintain the existing application and architect many of Sourcetable’s spreadsheet functions. Build out the front‑end to complement back‑end work and take full responsibility for each feature. Implement specifications creatively while working closely with the engineering team to ensure excellent outcomes. Leverage open‑source and cloud technologies to solve technical challenges. Qualifications CS degree or comparable technical experience. Strong experience with React, Python, NoSQL, and SQL. Experience owning projects end‑to‑end. Deep understanding of memory, scalability, and 10x performance. Familiarity with open‑source communities. Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision. What we value Startup experience; ideally, founding team or early engineer (under 20 employees).
