What You'll Do

• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and clients
• Process orders and assistance with account management
• Provide professional customer support and answer questions
• Verify information and maintain accurate data
• Perform follow-ups and research assignments
• Route work and coordinate tasks with the appropriate teams
• Prepare and maintain reports
• Create, save, and mail letters and other correspondence
• Update orders with clear, detailed notes
• Collaborate with team members to keep projects moving
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
