Complex Financial Reporting and Transaction Advisory Senior Consultant / Manager

Position Summary Opportune is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager for their Complex Financial Reporting and Transaction Advisory practices. The consultant will have a focus on performing and leading various accounting/finance projects: technical accounting; complex financial and SEC reporting issues for private and public companies; IPO readiness and execution; due diligence; and financial analytics. Our professionals often have the opportunity to participate in business transformation, restructuring, and valuation projects.
