Accounting Assistant
Join a winning team! We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Billing Professional. This position will support our Accounts Payable Manager as well as our Audio Visual Department in Client Billing. We are looking for an extremely task-oriented, accurate, and efficient candidate who can problem solve and multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation and month end of the accounts payable department
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile AP vendor statements
- Scanning of all invoices into accounts payable system
- Maintain both paper and digital files
- Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as assigned
- Billing of audio visual invoices to clients using flex rental solutions
- Create month-end revenue share statements for our contract properties
- Communication with the AV sales team to ensure that all client invoices are processed timely and accurately
- A minimum of 2+ years accounts payable experience
- A minimum of 3+ years Microsoft Excel experience, including pivot tables
- Job costing experience
- Oracle experience a plus
- Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement
- High school diploma or GED required
