Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (RN)We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a RN in our fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a medical/surgical observation unit.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care to a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels.Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and manage individualized care plans.Float to other areas of competency as required to meet patient needs and optimize unit functionality.Participate in patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health management.Adhere to safety standards and best practices in patient care and documentation.Manage multiple patient assignments in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, specifically within a similar specialty.Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
