Electrical Engineer
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of electrical schematics, control systems, and power cabinet layouts for industrial projects. This role is focused on electrical design, technical documentation, and collaboration with manufacturing and field service teams to deliver high quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics using AutoCAD
- Create power cabinet layouts and specify electrical components
- Develop control system designs based on project requirements
- Generate and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Prepare customer documentation and validation protocols
- Maintain and update electrical drawings, documentation, and CAD libraries
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and field service teams
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) standards
- Interpret and work from P&IDs and related technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical design and engineering
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and electrical design software
- Experience developing electrical schematics and BOMs
- Knowledge of NEC, IEC, and NEN1010 standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Background check and drug screening required
