This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the chance to play a key role in maintaining reliable plant operations while working with a team that values safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.Responsibilities: Massachusetts 2nd Class Engineer License (Required) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of boiler and steam plant operations experience Strong knowledge of boiler systems, steam distribution, and plant operations Experience maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Facilities management and HVAC experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and communication skillsDesired Background/Skills: Serve as the engineer in charge of daily boiler plant operations Ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of high-pressure boiler systems and associated equipment Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and required inspections Maintain accurate logs, records, and operational documentation Ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications Communicate effectively with facility leadership regarding system performance and operational needs Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased reliability Perform additional duties as assignedOther Information: Direct-hire position Competitive pay: $45.00 – $50.45 per hour Day shift schedule Stable work environment Opportunity to lead critical facility operations Comprehensive benefits package
