This role is essential in providing compassionate, resident-centered care to our community. Key Responsibilities Conducting clinical assessments to evaluate resident needs. Administering medications and managing care plans. Coordinating care for residents in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care. Overseeing the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance resident outcomes. Supporting initiatives aimed at improving quality and safety within the facility. Qualifications and Requirements Current RN licensure. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
