About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Industrial Acquisitions to take on a lead role in sourcing, underwriting, and closing industrial real estate deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and expanding relationships with brokers, owners, and sellers to generate a consistent pipeline of opportunities. This role requires a hands-on approach to underwriting, including setting the investment thesis, building and stress-testing financial models, and structuring the capital stack. The Vice President will also work closely with the Head of Capital Markets on capital formation, matching equity to transactions, and participating in partner meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate investment, with a focus on industrial properties, and a proven track record of operating in a transparent, disciplined, and technology-driven environment. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of commercial real estate investment experience, with a significant portion in acquisitions, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel and working fluency in Argus are essential. The role demands a candidate with established broker and owner relationships in industrial markets, the ability to work from shared systems, and a willingness to travel regularly. The Vice President will also be expected to mentor and direct junior team members, contribute to process and technology improvements, and demonstrate a strong appetite for growth within the company. The position is suited to a professional who is comfortable with autonomy, accountable for outcomes, and is adept at operating with execution discipline across multiple live deals.
