Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,093–$2,100 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week Start date: 11/16/2026 Employment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment Location: Portland, OR Responsibilities Provide remote nursing assessment, triage, and care planning for patients via telecommunication in a tele/telemetry setting, following established standards of care and the nursing process Deliver both direct and indirect nursing care to a patient or assigned group of patients, including monitoring, medication administration, and care coordination within tele workflows Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other disciplines to ensure integrated, high-quality care Use critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize patient safety and outcomes Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record; maintain confidentiality and comply with policy and regulatory requirements Requirements Active RN license in good standing (Oregon or eligible for multi-state licensure) Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts Eligible for travel assignment in the United States Comfortable with telehealth/telemetry workflows and related technology Willingness to undergo background checks and credentialing as required Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Extension opportunities at contract end Housing assistance available Nationwide assignments when applicable Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
