Senior HR Generalist: Talent, Relations & Performance

Habitat KC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join the People & Culture team and deliver hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. You will partner with managers to recruit and retain talent, address concerns, manage performance issues, and provide timely HR support. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, you will demonstrate judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail while guiding disciplinary actions, coaching, and documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Habitat for Humanity KC
