Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )

Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 Annual Salary
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and CME reimbursement.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Nebraska. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday daytime hours. No weekends, no nights, no on-call.

Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ):

Active Nebraska NP license in good standing
National board certification (FNP or AGNP)
SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ):

Conduct comprehensive assessments, rounding visits, and follow-up care for residents
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions common in the SNF population
Collaborate with the Medical Director, nursing staff, and care team on treatment plans
Document thoroughly and timely in the EMR
