Hospice Clinical Liaison: Referrals & Education

Luminary Hospice

Luminary Hospice, located in Indianapolis, is seeking a Clinical Liaison to serve as the bridge between the organization and referral sources. This role focuses on building trusted relationships while ensuring all hospice referrals are timely and appropriate. The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license and have 2-3 years of experience in hospice or palliative care. Strong communication skills and clinical knowledge are essential.
