TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist with minimum 3 years of experience. Ideal candidate has experience with Kaizen events to create and maintain metrics for different departments to execute developed CI processes. Looking for someone that can conduct trainings, lead projects, continuing education, and willing to work hands on with the employees. Must have Bachelor’s in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
