Works independently as part of a collaborative integration and implementation team. Supports data migration, workflow optimization, and solution deployment projects across multiple hospital sites during mergers, department consolidations, and upgrades. Ensures high quality of service and customer experience, following established clinical standards and project management best practices. Acts as a bridge between clinical operations and technical product teams, helping to validate, test, and deploy software and workflow solutions for improved efficiency and patient outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the extraction, mapping, and migration of clinical data (patients, plans, documents, schedules, etc.) between Varian ARIA/Eclipse environments and other Oncology Information Systems (OIS). Analyze and document current clinical workflows, identify areas for efficiency improvement, and support implementation of optimized workflows in collaboration with hospital partners. Participate in the testing and validation of custom software tools and integration solutions, providing clinical insight and performing testing in live and test environments. Support deployment of new tools and systems at internal and partner hospital sites, including on-site and remote support, training, and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records of migration, validation, and implementation of activities. Contribute to SOPs, quick-reference guides, and project status reports. Serve as a clinical resource for the integration and development teams, translating between technical and clinical staff, ensuring solutions meet real-world clinical needs.
