AMI Primary Guide

We're looking for an AMI Primary Guide to join us, and we'd love it to be you. Montessori Academy of New Jersey is a small, deeply rooted school where the work is understood and honored. Our head of school and administration are AMI-trained. Our families have chosen us because they believe in the philosophy and trust the process. In our primary classroom, you'll have the autonomy you trained for: to prepare the environment, to follow each child, to give lessons the way they were meant to be given, and to nurture the curiosity and independence that come alive in each child. You'll have real planning time, real time to observe, and a head of school who has sat in your seat and knows what you need to thrive.
