Assistant Front Office ManagerAre you a hospitality leader who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and helping a team succeed? We're looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Resort Operations team and help lead the day-to-day Front Office experience.In this role, you'll work closely with the Front Office Manager to oversee Front Desk operations and support teams including PBX, Night Audit, Transportation, Concierge, and Room Control. You'll be a visible, hands-on leader who helps team members succeed, supports guests when they need assistance, and helps ensure the resort operates smoothly from arrival to departure.Location: 9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183Compensation: $70,000.00 AnnuallyWhat You'll DoSupport the Front Office Manager with daily operations, ensuring company policies, safety procedures, and service standards are followed.Lead, coach, train, and support Front Office team members, including assisting with hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing questions, special requests, complaints, and escalated concerns professionally.Oversee daily room status, arrivals, departures, occupancy needs, cash handling, and other Front Office operations.Review reports and communicate operational updates, concerns, and opportunities to the Front Office Manager.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities, Sales, Reservations, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Assist with departmental administration, including payroll, inventory, reporting, documentation, and scheduling.Support VIP arrivals, groups, special accommodations, team meetings, training, and safety procedures.Serve as Manager-on-Duty when assigned and support other departments during peak periods.Help drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and improved RCI Check-In/Check-Out scores.What We're Looking For2+ years of front office, guest services, or hospitality operations experience.Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Hotel, resort, or timeshare experience strongly preferred.A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns or challenging situations.Why Join Us?At Vacatia, our resorts are all about creating memorable experiences for our owners and guests.
