Oversees the implementation, integration, effectiveness, and adherence to the change management process. Assesses the impact, cost benefit and risk of proposed changes. Coordinates the change planning and implementation process. Manages implementation of end-to-end large scale application changes. Maintains continuous communications with stakeholders, IT, and business teams. Consults on large scale and complex change management program across the organization. Integrates change management process with other service management functions. Provides day-to-day supervision of the change team, ensuring high levels of system/service availability of all systems.
