Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Residual + Hourly-Based Earnings)
Target Earnings: $80,000 – $200,000+ annually
Earning Potential: Uncapped

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Lead who is confident in a commission-only structure because they know how to create opportunity, build trust, and grow lasting referral relationships. This is not for someone waiting on leads. This is for someone ready to build a strong pipeline, create meaningful community connections, and generate substantial long-term income.

You bring the families, partners, and referral sources who need us most.

This is not a one-time sale. You earn commission based on the ongoing care hours provided for the clients you bring in, giving you the opportunity to build recurring, long-term income.

Because our services are non-medical , families can begin care quickly without waiting on physician orders, insurance approvals, or complex clinical authorizations. That means fewer barriers and a shorter path from conversation to conversion.

Delora Care is not offering basic sitter services. We specialize in senior home care and memory support , including compassionate Alzheimer’s and dementia care. You are offering families a solution that provides safety, structure, engagement, and peace of mind during one of the most difficult stages of life.

Your success is directly tied to your effort, strategy, and follow-through. There is no cap on what you can earn.

At Delora Care, Personal Care and Memory Support Services are at the core of what we do. As a Growth Partner, your role is to educate the community, build referral pipelines, and connect families to services that truly make a difference.

You will help position Delora Care as the trusted solution for families needing support with:

Helping seniors with morning and evening routines, dressing, grooming, hygiene, meal support, and other everyday activities that allow them to remain comfortable and cared for at home.

Providing families with confidence that their loved ones are moving safely throughout the home with reduced fall risk and appropriate non-medical assistance.

Sharing how Delora Care uses compassionate, specialized approaches to reduce confusion, support routines, encourage engagement, and ease the anxiety often associated with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

• Build and manage relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources

• Generate new client leads through networking, outreach, and local market development

• Educate prospects on Delora Care’s home care and memory support services

• Develop a strong book of business that generates recurring residual income

• Represent the Delora Care brand with professionalism, compassion, and confidence

• Identify opportunities in the community to expand visibility and drive growth

   

• Highly motivated and comfortable in a performance-based compensation model

• Skilled at building relationships and earning trust

• Strong communicator with confidence speaking to families and professionals

• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and goal-oriented

• Passionate about helping seniors and supporting families in need

• Experienced in sales, business development, healthcare outreach, home care, senior living, or community relations is a plus

   

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
