Accounting Clerk I / Accounting Specialist (Temporary Hybrid Work)
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Environment: Hybrid (On-site & Remote)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting and financial operations. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and hands-on experience with accounting systems. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with invoicing, reporting, and data entry
• Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems
• Support general administrative and accounting functions as needed
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with financial data

Qualifications

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
