Job Description Lead and manage complex real estate and business litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal. Develop and execute effective litigation and trial strategies. Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis involving real estate and business disputes. Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and appellate filings. Take and defend depositions and prepare matters for trial. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions. Advise clients on litigation risk, dispute resolution, and related real estate and business issues. Collaborate with clients and legal professionals to develop practical, results-oriented solutions. Stay current on developments in California real estate, business, and litigation law. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active California Bar license in good standing. 10+ years of experience as an associate-level attorney. 5+ years of real estate litigation or business litigation experience. Strong experience managing complex cases and litigation strategy. Trial, deposition, motion practice, and dispute-resolution experience. Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, analytical, negotiation, and client-management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative legal team.
