Overview HR & Operations Manager – Somerville, NJ (Hybrid after 6 months) Are you a strategic thinker who loves building structure, solving problems, and helping people thrive? We’re a growing professional services firm looking for a versatile HR & Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll wear many hats, shape policies, streamline systems, and directly influence the future of the organization.
