Retail Property Manager

Experienced in commercial retail property management? Seeking an opportunity to work for an established management firm overseeing beautiful retail properties? Then this could be the job for you!! The portfolio consists of strip and retail centers. This position is in office 5 days a week, with travel to the properties, which are local to the Calabasas area. Individual will be point of contact between ownership and tenants, mentorship for the Assistant PM, and managing day to day operations. Great opportunity to work local to the area! Responsibilities will include: Preparing annual budgets Communicating with accountants in regard to Annual CAM reconciliations Determining Long-term major maintenance plans Creating and managing Monthly budget variance reports Monitoring expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and recovery Overseeing maintenance and determining property maintenance timelines Selecting and managing vendors Conducting periodic formal site inspections in compliance Managing CapEx and TI projects Managing various property projects Interfacing with new tenants Managing leasing administration Preparing ownership reporting Managing a variety of ownership projects Qualifications: 3+ years' Property Manager with retail portfolios, with prior APM experience #J-18808-Ljbffr TORP Group
