Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, or similar role Strong knowledge of data center hardware and software, including servers, switches, and storage systems Experience working with enterprise-level IT infrastructure Familiarity with Windows OS, Linux, and various software applications Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols At Hemmersbach, we work with a wide range of clients, including major technology companies and global corporations. Your skills
- Excellent time management skill
- Ability to handle tickets and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Certifications that demonstrate competency in enterprise IT (A+, etc.) are a plus
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- 2+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Technician.
- Ability to build relationships
