Food Production Worker

Food Production Associate Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Location: Everett, WA Job Summary: We are hiring Case Packers and food production associates to support soup production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Depending on department, this role involves packaging, labeling, palletizing, machine operation, sanitization and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Package and label soup products accurately Lift and transfer containers from conveyors into cases Hand palletize boxes up to 30 lbs Monitor packaging equipment and report issues Verify label accuracy and product quality Perform cleaning and sanitation duties Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures Maintain production records and documentation Requirements: Manufacturing, packing, or palletizing experience preferred Experience working in a GMP or food production environment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable working in a 45F refrigerated environment Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA. The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $22.77/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
