Job Objective
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst for AI project to join dynamic DTC GFMT team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals ranging from early-career BAs looking to grow, to experienced Lead BAs ready to drive strategic initiatives. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our products and services meet the evolving demands of the financial industry.
Principal Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technical projects within the financial domain.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Support testing efforts by defining test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of working experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of AI relevant concepts.
- Familiar with different products or systems across global financial markets.
- Good command of English with the ability to simplify complex tops and engage stakeholders and technology.
- Good knowledge and experience using AI is preferred.
