Tax Director, Global Provision & Complex Transactions

Anthropic is seeking a Tax Director to own the global income tax provision and US income tax compliance as the company scales its compute and data center investments and complex MA activity. You will run the ASC 740 close, supervise co-sourced Big 4 support, and drive automation, tax technology, and governance across the provision, with responsibility for international components and tax structuring.
