Remote Claims Customer Care Support Specialist

We are filling an exclusive 8-spot cohort for Contact Center Senior Representatives to support our Claims Line of Business. Enjoy a primarily work-from-home setup, zero weekend shifts, competitive $20/hr pay, and contract-to-hire potential. To set you up for long-term success, you will complete an intensive 4-6 week paid training program. Because this program is chock-full of essential information, 100% attendance and reliability are imperative—missing even a single day puts you behind, so absolute commitment to the training schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic, timely, and accurate support to customers, financial professionals, and distributors regarding complex insurance claims via phone, email, and chat.

• Guide policyholders step-by-step through initiating and resolving insurance claim inquiries.

• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to evaluate account details while maintaining professional phone etiquette.

• Exceed call center quality metrics and resolution standards while handling 35–50 inbound calls daily.

• Cross-train into expanded product lines upon successful completion of your primary training program.

• Collaborate with peers and business partners to resolve intricate customer service issues in real time.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends!). Flexible availability required between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT). Preference given to candidates available for late shifts (ending at 7:00 PM ET).

• Mandatory Paid Training: Begins 8/31 from 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM ET (8:00 AM – 4:45 PM CT). 100% attendance is strictly required for the entire 4–6 weeks—no time off can be accommodated.

• Technical Setup: Requires a dedicated wired internet connection (fiber, cable, or DSL—no Wi-Fi/5G) with minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speeds.

• Location:  Must live within a 90 minute radius of St. Paul, MN
