Pallet Assembly Team Members – Hiring Immediately!
Marathon Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join a Pallet Assembly Line at a leading lumber manufacturing company in Adairsville, GA . If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a long-term, temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay, production bonuses, and advancement opportunities. Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Schedule1st Shift 7:00am-5:30pm
Monday–Friday some Saturday 40–50 hours per week
Starting at $18 per hour
Assemble pallets according to quality and production standards.
Operate nail guns, pneumatic tools, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect and stack completed pallets.
Label, band, or wrap finished products as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards.
Comfortable using hand tools and pneumatic equipment.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Please Note: Reliable transportation is required, as this position is located in Adairsville, GA.
