Requirements Job ID #: · Support staff: Residents students nurse practitioners nursing staff transplant coordinators dialysis nurse practitioners and the renal team · Coverage Type: Pediatric Nephrology inpatient coverage and 24/7 call coverage. Typically one week per month for 9–10 months of the year. · Schedule Details: This is a continuous Friday-to-Friday 24/7 service week. The provider is onsite during the day and covers call overnight and on weekends: Monday–Friday: Onsite approximately 7/8 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday–Sunday: Onsite approximately 7/8 a.m.–2 p.m. or longer if needed Overnight and after onsite hours: Call from a nearby hotel with a 1-hour response time if they need to return onsite. Approximately 7 call shifts per month for a 1.0 FTE. Anticipated call volume is approximately 10 calls per day or 14 hours per week. Onsite emergent care is estimated at approximately 20 hours per week.
