FOH Supervisor/Manager on Duty

As an hourly supervisor, you will partner with the management team at your store and as the manager on duty, you will lead staff to provide excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Supervisors typically work a combination of supervisory shifts and shifts in another hourly role (e.g. Server, Support, Phones, Driver, Cook, etc.). Schedule flexibility is necessary for this role. This supervisor will work 1 - 2 opening shifts per week, 1 closing shift, plus more supervisor shifts available to cover manager absences/vacations, events, and meetings. This Supervisor opportunity is an active ‘hands‑on’ role on the management team and provides you with excellent opportunities to further develop your skills and advance to a manager in training RM or KM) role with Pizza Lucé. Willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Demonstrated positivity and leadership qualities. Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills. Passion for food quality and guest service.
