Digital Content Specialist

Digital Content Specialist
Onsite 4 days/week in Fairfax, VA (Mosaic District) to start, further flexibility possible with above average performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence through engaging content and community management.
- Create and maintain content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) within budget.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong digital content creations experience - video, webpage, study case, etc.
- Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
