Civil AttorneySintia Solis Law Firm PLLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will primarily handle family law matters, along with personal injury cases and other civil matters as needed.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload involving family law, personal injury, and general civil mattersHandle cases from the initial consultation through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other legal documentsAttend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trialsCommunicate professionally and compassionately with clientsConduct legal research and develop effective case strategiesNegotiate settlements and advocate for clients in and outside the courtroomMaintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and documentationCollaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staffProvide guidance and supervision to legal staff assisting with civil mattersQualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Texas and in good standingA minimum of two years of legal experience is preferredFamily law experience is strongly preferredPersonal injury or other civil litigation experience is a plusStrong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom skillsAbility to independently manage multiple cases and deadlinesExcellent communication, organization, and client-service skillsBilingual in English and Spanish is requiredAbout Our FirmAt Sintia Solis Law Firm PLLC, we believe in making a positive impact in our community through dedicated and compassionate legal representation.
