Shipping And Receiving AssociateWe are seeking an experienced Shipping And Receiving Associate to support a busy electrical manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. This position is responsible for accurately receiving materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.Prepare products and equipment for shipment.Generate and review shipping documents, packing lists, labels, and bills of lading.Enter receipts, shipments, and inventory transactions into Oracle NetSuite.Maintain accurate inventory and material-location records.Coordinate with purchasing, production, warehouse, and transportation teams.Package, palletize, label, and stage materials for shipment.Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.Load and unload trucks safely.Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.Maintain an organized warehouse and follow all safety procedures.Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed.QualificationsPrevious shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material-handling experience required.Experience using Oracle NetSuite or a similar ERP/WMS system strongly preferred.Knowledge of purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.Forklift experience required; certification preferred.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Ability to lift, move, and stage materials safely.Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required.High school diploma or GED required.Benefits of the OpportunityCompetitive weekly payConsistent full-time scheduleOpportunity for overtimeTemporary-to-hire opportunityPotential for long-term growth with an expanding manufacturerQualified candidates should apply with an updated resume highlighting their shipping, receiving, forklift, inventory, and ERP system experience.
