We are business providing eCommerce 3PL warehousing and order fulfillment services.
Inbound: Receive container/LTL by sea or by air, sort, verify and put away on rack/shelves
Outbound: Pick, pack, ship small parcels/LTL with UPS/Fedex/USPS
Inventory: Cycle count and labeling items
Return: Sort, check, restock the returned items

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing company. This person will need to be a self starter with a strong work ethic capable of driving performance to match critical KPI's and ensure on-time and accurate shipping and receiving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is a job on the warehouse floor. Not a job in the office. 80% time on hands on work and 20% time on coordination work
• Hands on. Capable of using narrow aisle reach truck to move pallets, capable of using high lift order picker for hand pick and put away.
• Lead receiving team (4 team members) and ensure execution of timely receiving and put away process
• Unload container, sorting products, verify packing list, put away on rack shelves
• Make sure accuracy of inventory, organize rack shelves, perform cycle count.
• Replenish items for daily picking.
• Ensure that workers, equipment, and materials are used properly and safely to maximize productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in preparing and developing necessary SOP’s for receiving processes.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and organization skills
• 5+ years on reach truck and order picker
• Experience in warehouse management and operations.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Basic computer skills, familiar with MS office.
• Able to drive forklift, reach truck and lift order picker.
• High school graduate or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
