About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Product Management and Marketing with a focus on alternative strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with the global marketing of these strategies to financial intermediaries and advisors. This role demands a strong background in product strategy, with a specific emphasis on alternative assets and the retail/intermediary channel. The VP will be the key advocate for the company's strategies, ensuring that the messaging is both compelling and consistent across all communications to effectively drive and retain assets under management. Applicants for this position at The Company should have an undergraduate degree, with an MBA and/or CFA being preferred, and a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in product management or marketing within the asset management industry. The role requires a professional who can demonstrate a deep understanding of alternative assets and the retail/intermediary distribution landscape. The VP will be responsible for the product strategy of both new and existing solutions, and must be adept at creating and implementing marketing plans that resonate with the target audience. A key aspect of the role is the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the product messaging is aligned and effective in driving business objectives.
