This facility holds a Level III Trauma designation and operates 8 main operating rooms within an organized perioperative environment. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR for patient documentation and care coordination. Established clinical protocols and perioperative workflows are in place to support quality anesthesia care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.

Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is situated near Lake Winnebago and offers clinicians on assignment a range of outdoor and cultural activities. The area features local farmers markets, live music venues, craft festivals, and waterfront dining options, along with historic attractions such as the Hearthstone Historic House Museum and Galloway House and Village. Clinicians will also find access to outdoor fitness events and farm experiences throughout the region during time away from clinical duties.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM plus call coverage required. The facility operates 8 main ORs within a Level III Trauma designation, supporting a range of surgical cases. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
