Automotive Service Advisor

Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Full-Time

Sullivan’s Auto Service is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy, stable, and organized shop.

This role is for someone who knows how to run a service desk— communicate with customers, build estimates, present recommendations, gain approvals, and keep workflow moving.

If you're currently employed but frustrated by poor systems, inconsistent car count, lack of support, or unnecessary chaos , we may be a better fit.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Present estimates and repair recommendations confidently
• Manage approvals, updates, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with technicians and parts
• Keep workflow organized and vehicles moving
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Meet sales and performance goals

• Honest, dependable, and team-oriented
• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
