Corporate Recruiter

Claire's is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate, roles across functions such as Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Finance, IT, Design, Supply Chain, and HR. This role partners directly with hiring managers to understand business needs, builds diverse and qualified candidate pipelines, and delivers a strong candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding. The ideal candidate brings 2-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, is comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load, and thrives in a fast-paced, retail environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate requisitions — including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing — for roles across multiple home office functions. Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards, develop sourcing strategies, and set realistic timelines and expectations for each search. Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and other creative sourcing channels. Conduct phone/video screens to assess candidates' qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit, and present well-qualified shortlists to hiring teams. Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a smooth, professional process for every applicant. Own requisition data integrity and pipeline reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping statuses, notes, and dispositions current. Extend and negotiate offers in partnership with HR Business Partners and Compensation, ensuring internal equity and competitive positioning. Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for critical and recurring roles to reduce time-to-fill for future openings. Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate) and use data to continuously improve the process. Ensure all recruiting activity complies with company policy and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Serve as a brand ambassador for Claire's, providing a positive, engaging experience for every candidate regardless of outcome. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including in-house corporate recruiting within retail, consumer products, or a related fast-paced industry. Demonstrated ability to manage a full requisition load (typically 10-15 open roles) across multiple functions and levels simultaneously. Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/ATS tools (e.g., UKG, Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar). Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines. Working knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices, including OFCCP/EEO considerations. A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-changing retail environment. Experience recruiting for retail field/store leadership roles is a plus but not required for this corporate-focused role.
