Location: Elmhurst, IL (fully onsite, five days/week) Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 Structure: Contract-to-hire Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.

About the Role LaSalle Network is hiring for a Recruiter to join an internal talent acquisition team in Elmhurst, IL. This Recruiter will primarily focus on sourcing and hiring EMTs and paramedics across an assigned Chicagoland territory, with opportunities to support additional corporate and operational positions. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning their requisitions, building relationships and keeping multiple searches moving in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage a territory-based requisition load of eight to 10 open positions at a time, primarily focused on EMT and paramedic hiring
• Source, engage and recruit qualified candidates throughout an assigned Chicagoland territory
• Support occasional administrative, mechanic and IT help desk requisitions
• Partner with local colleges, trade schools and community events to develop strong candidate pipelines
• Support new hire orientation, which takes place every two weeks
• Build relationships with local leadership and participate in ongoing feedback and hiring discussions
• Manage recruiting activity and candidate information within iCIMS

What You Bring

• Prior recruiting experience required
• Healthcare or EMS recruiting experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with iCIMS and Indeed preferred
• Ability to independently manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities
• Strong relationship-building and candidate communication skills
• Comfort working in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Elmhurst five days per week
