Maintenance- VP of Facility Operations, Exempt

The Position Excellent opportunity to join the leadership team of a premier nonprofit Life Plan Community in Montgomery County, PA. This sprawling community serving over 500 residents is seeking an experienced leader to plan, control, organize, and direct capital projects, as well as oversee all facilities-related operations, which include Plant Operations, Grounds, Security, Transportation, Housekeeping & Laundry. Qualifications This position requires both strategic and operational leadership, with long-range planning in senior living facilities.BA/BS, 3-5 years related experience, including extensive life Safety, emergency preparedness and some project management.
